By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Depending upon how you interact with ScaleHouse, we may collect the following categories of information:
Contact Information. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, business address, and other contact information.
Account Information. This may include usernames, account identifiers, passwords or authentication information, Program enrollment information, account preferences, and account activity.
Transaction and Payment Information. This may include information relating to purchases, payment plans, billing status, transaction history, payment method, and related financial information.

Although ScaleHouse does not generally request medical or health information, we recognize that a Student, customer, employee, applicant, event participant, or other individual may voluntarily disclose medical, disability, health, or similar sensitive information to us.
If you voluntarily provide ScaleHouse with medical or health information for any reason, ScaleHouse will treat that information as sensitive and confidential information.
We will seek to limit access to such information to individuals or service providers who reasonably need access for the purpose for which the information was provided, for legitimate administrative purposes, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.
For example, if you voluntarily disclose a disability or medical condition when requesting a reasonable accommodation, we may use that information to evaluate and respond to your accommodation request.
ScaleHouse will not intentionally use voluntarily disclosed medical or health information for targeted advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

We will take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of information in our possession.
ScaleHouse is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse merely because an individual voluntarily provides health-related information to us, and this Privacy Policy should not be interpreted as a representation that ScaleHouse is subject to or certified under HIPAA.
Other federal or state privacy and consumer-protection laws may nevertheless apply to certain health information. ScaleHouse will handle such information in accordance with applicable law.
